We are one of the world's leading centers of experts in skull base surgery, laser surgery, endoscopic (minimally invasive) sinus surgery, and surgery to relieve snoring and sleep apnea. The Center's Director, Yosef P. Krespi, M.D., F.A.C.S, is also one of New York's pioneer surgeons in laser uvulopalatoplasty, a cure for snoring. Our advanced medical care includes computer and laser technology, as well as video.

Our diagnostic techniques include the latest in equipped sleep labs, as well as a new state-of-the-art home testing system. We also have an number of non-surgical options to treat patients with OSA (obstructive sleep apnea), snoring, and nasal obstruction. Some of these solutions include:

• CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure). A machine that "stents" open the patient's airway to allow airflow into the lungs to allow a restful sleep.

• Oral appliances - various options for patients to explore with their physician at the Center.

• Medications to reduce nasal obstruction
