Home-based Diagnostic System

"This no-hassle user friendly technology, allows my patients to be tested at a time of consultation, providing a comprehensive report the following day, resulting in timely treatment decisions.“ Joe Krespi, MD

An Innovation In Snoring/OSA (Obstructed Sleep Apnea) Diagnostic Testing, the NovaSom® QSG® At-Home Diagnostic System:

NovaSom® QSG®; allows certain patients to undergo testing for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Cleared by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and available by prescription through Sleep Solutions' diagnostic service, NovaSom® QSG®; is delivered directly to the patient for unattended, self-administered use.

The NovaSom® QSG®; consists of a bedside console and three small, comfortable sensors, which are easily applied by the patient before going to sleep, following simple instructions and voice prompts. The system can be used for up to three nights to collect sleep data, including respiratory events (apneas and hypopneas), snoring intensity, blood oxygen saturation, pulse rate and respiratory effort.

After three nights of use, the system is simply placed back in the original shipping box and returned to Sleep Solutions using the enclosed prepaid waybill. Sleep Solutions extracts and analyzes the data and sends a comprehensive report to the prescribing physician for diagnosis.
